Our clinic is conveniently located in the heart of Drummoyne, easily accessible by public transport with nearby all-day parking. We also conduct school and preschool visits throughout the Inner West, offering flexibility to support families and work with children in their natural learning environments.
We have Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available.
The Role
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Provide assessments and therapy for a variety of paediatric and adult clients, with a primary focus on paediatrics. You’ll have the option to work with adult clients if desired.
- Receive tailored support through regular supervision based on your experience level and structured weekly mentoring sessions, both one-on-one and in team settings.
- Benefit from regular, paid Professional Development opportunities.
- Be supported by our experienced administrative team, who will handle bookings, payments, and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care.
- Have access to a clear career progression pathway, including opportunities to mentor and supervise junior Speech Pathologists and Speech Pathology students.

Skills & Experience
Essential Criteria:
- A degree in Speech Pathology
- Certified Practising Membership (or eligibility) of Speech Pathology Australia
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a car
- A current Working with Children Check
- Experience in assessments and therapy (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- A passion for helping others and a self-motivated attitude
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and behavioural challenges
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Teachers
- Experience delivering Telehealth services
